About Sarah Louise Rector

Sarah has been a fixture in the fitness scene in Los Angeles since 2016, beginning her journey by instructing group fitness classes at the esteemed boutique fitness studio modelFIT. Her reach extended with The SLR Life classes at studioB Bandier and DailyOM online, where she continues to offer her highly sought-after workouts.

In addition to providing personal training sessions both in-person and virtually, Sarah excels in educating and motivating her clients by tailoring workouts to suit each individual, guiding them towards their optimal selves.
